Chris Brown slams rape allegations in Instagram post

Chris Brown and his camp responded to the rape allegation against the singer Tuesday with a defiant posting on the star’s Instagram account that read, “This B!tch Lyin’.”

“I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR… THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CRAP [sic]!” the social media post read.

“FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY

CHARACTER AND MORALS !!!!!”

It’s unclear whether the R&B star has access to his phone while in the custody of authorities in Paris or if someone with access to his account posted the remarks.

Brown, 29, was detained Monday on potential charges of aggravated rape and drug infraction and remained in custody through Tuesday. French authorities have another two days to decide whether to charge him or let him go.

A 24-year-old woman, identified as a French model, says the singer pulled her into a closet during a cocaine-and-weed-fueled party at his suite in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris on Jan. 16 and launched a “brutal and violent” assault against her, according to Closer magazine, which claimed to have talked to the alleged victim.

She claims one of his friends and his bodyguard also “abused” her.

The platinum recording artist has been in continuous legal trouble since he was convicted for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He completed probation in 2015.

In May 2018, Brown was sued by a woman who claimed she was raped by one of his friends at a drug-and-alcohol-fueled party at the singer’s Los Angeles-area home, where attendees were supplied with Molly, cocaine and weed. The LAPD couldn’t determine if the sex was forced or consensual and the lawsuit is ongoing.

In 2016, he was arrested at his home north of Los Angeles for allegedly pointing a gun at former beauty queen Baylee Curran. He denied the allegation and was released on $250,000 bail.
